Hey, saw you on the Thursday Thunks.... I'm in Mesa, too, and I have a Zane, too! Can understand wanting to move from AZ, it certainly sounds appealing, especially as it gets hotter.
Anyway, hope the depression lifts.
I think that it's time to move. The wolverines of Minnesota are calling...
