Saturday 9: Just Like Me
1. Who in your life do you think behaves and thinks the most like you do?
It's a tie between my oldest son William and my oldest daughter Zadie at this point. Somedays it's all William and other days it's all Zadie.
2. As a kid, were you ever wrongly accused (and punished, if it went that far) for something you didn't do? If so, what was it? What happened?
I don't remember anything like that happening and if it did I have totally blocked it out.
3. What about as an adult, were you ever wrongly accused for something you didn't do?? Do you think it's worse to be accused as a child or an adult? Why/why not?
I've been accused a few times for things I didn't do as an adult (mostly back when I was working outside of the home). I think it's worse as an adult because it can be so much worse than as a child. As a kid people excuse it as "their just a kid", but an adult your guilty UNTIL you prove your innocent no matter what the law says.
3. What’s the scariest weather situation you’ve experienced?
Lightning cracking near the house and thunder shaking the house. I specifically stay in Arizona because we don't have tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes etc. Yeah we have summers where it hits over 120 degrees but so what. You go from your A/C car to A/C building. We have flash floods but if you stay out of dry riverbeds you'll be fine. So I live in a state that doesn't have all that scary weather stuff. :)
4. If you could wake up tomorrow morning in another country, where would you want to be and why?
New Zealand. It is so beautiful there and from what I've learned from a friend who lives there, life is so laid back compared to the states. Plus I adore their accent!
5. Instead of going to work Monday, if you could spend the entire day doing something else--any one or two things that you absolutely love doing--what would you do?
I am a stay at home mom so Monday is no different than any other day to me. But if I could do something different I would go get a massage for my sore back and neck, have my nails done, and then go spend a couple hours at the bookstore.
6. What sites (other than meme sites) do you use most to help you post on your blog?
Really don't use any but Google to help when I can't get the right word I want. Since my seizure and aneurysm, I can't remember how to spell certain words or what word it is I am looking for. I also use it for pictures to insert which I haven't lately.
7. Check out a post on your blog from six months ago (March 2010) and tell us what is different now about your blog and/or life?
I only blogged 4 times in March. Only thing different is my brain. I still don't blog a lot, and still not where we should be moneywise but getting there hopefully. But still a smartass and this next week I will finally be giving dear Bud a break and doing Thursday Thunks questions.
8. What was the last photograph you took?
9. Which fashion trend do you believe is the most horrendous and why?Probably people covered in tattoos and piercings. I know it's not clothing fashion but when I was a kid only sailors and nasty people had tattoos let alone those that showed and yet seems to be a trend now. Now people walk around with face tattoos and tongues pierced and I can't help but think if they live to be 70 what the hell will they look like then. Call me old-fashioned but I don't want a tattoo that in my youth said sexy but at 70 says s....lll........y, a tramp stamp that hangs past where my ass used to be (and why would I want to be a tramp with a stamp?), a boob tattoo that now is at my knees, and some crazy disease that will come about in the future from all the ink that we don't know about yet. Clothes can come off and change, hair can be changed, makeup washed off ...tattoos and huge holes cannot. [/Kimber's rant over]

I'm not into the tattoo and piercing thing either.
Have a great Saturday!
